The RAI MK6 Diverter Kit is designed for those seeking to upgrade the stock diverter valve on their 2.0T TSI engine. It works by moving the re-circulation point of the charge air from the hot-side of the intercooler to the cold-side. This reduces intake temperatures and increases horsepower. It also increases the accessibility of the diverter making it easier for service and removal. This hardware features a billet Boost Tap that plugs into the intake manifold as well as a billet block off plate for the stock diverter that uses dual o-rings to ensure a leak free seal.

The heart of the kit is the Synchronic diverter valve from Synapse Engineering. It is the first compact diverter that eliminates a diaphragm by using a piston actuator that no longer needs frequent lubrication. It can be used in both pull and push installations.
