  • Do you use aftermarket parts?

  • How long does a diagnostic take?

    We ask that you pre-authorize an hour and a half for the tech to diagnose your vehicle.

  • Do you warranty your parts and labor?

    Yes, at RAI, we back our parts and labor for one year.

  • Do you do body work?

    No, we do not.

  • Do you work with insurance or warranty companies?

    Yes. We can work directly with your insurance or warranty company to make the process of getting your car back to you as smooth as possible.
